My daughter just left for university, and after a summer full of work, travel, and helping her prepare for that huge step, I finally have space to sit down and breathe, and to share the new collections we’ve been building since spring.

The Kinzoku new collections: Stories in metal
It began with the Lily Collection, inspired by flowers that bloomed late in the season. While everything else had already burst open, the lilies arrived quietly; soft, steady, and unhurried. As I moved through those early designs, I found myself returning to old sketches from the Art Deco I collection, drawn to the symmetry, texture, and softened lines I had once explored. Then came something unexpected: the Railway Collection, inspired by a collaboration with the B&O Railroad Museum in Baltimore. When they reached out, I was immediately drawn into their world; the precision, the engineering, the craftsmanship behind every train. The result is a collection that reflects that spirit: clean lines, rivets, and industrial beauty designed to last. We've seen it gifted to dads and moms, engineers, and the quiet builders in life, the ones who keep everything running.
Finally, as the season shifted, I created the Poppy Collection, a way to quietly honor Remembrance Day in Canada and Veterans Day in the US. These pieces are subtle but deeply symbolic.
